Users attend events at their own discretion and risk.
We may remove or edit listings that are misleading, false, or inappropriate.

4. Paid Listings & Promotions

Event organizers may pay for:

Event listing
Featured placement
Sponsored visibility

Payments are for visibility and promotion only, not event endorsement.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

Use the platform responsibly
Not post false or misleading event information
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
Verify event details before attending

6. Event Reminder Subscription

Users who subscribe to event alerts:

Agree to receive emails, SMS, or WhatsApp updates (depending on settings)
Can unsubscribe at any time
Understand that frequency and content depend on selected city and preferences

7. Third-Party Events & Links

Vibes Calendar may include links to external websites or ticketing platforms.

We are not responsible for:

External websites
Ticket purchases
Event cancellations
Refunds or disputes

8. Payments

All payments made for listings or promotions are:

Non-refundable unless stated otherwise
Processed through approved payment providers
Subject to verification and approval before publication

9. Content Ownership

Event organizers retain ownership of their content
By submitting content, you grant Vibes Calendar permission to display and promote it on the platform
We may use event content for marketing and promotional purposes

10. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

Post illegal or harmful content
Impersonate others
Use the platform for fraud or scams
Spam listings or advertisements

We reserve the right to remove any content or user account violating these rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vibes Calendar and SteamScribe Technology Ltd are not liable for:

Cancellations or changes made by organizers
User interactions outside the platform
